Choc-Raspberry Recovery Smoothie

Try this tasty recovery smoothie recipe out to ensure your recovery is maximised following intense training or competition. It can also double as a quick and easy breakfast option for those that struggle to eat breakfast or are time-poor.

Ingredients:

  1. 1.5 scoops (45g) EN Performance Division Chocolate Whey Protein Isolate (WPI) available from our online store
  2. 50 grams frozen raspberries
  3. 200ml water OR skim milk OR almond milk OR coconut water

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until well mixed.
