Ingredients:

  • 1.5 scoops OR 45 grams Enliven Performance Division Whey Protein Isolate (available at our online store)
  • 20 grams OR 1 level tablespoon natural peanut butter
  • 75 grams ripe banana (far better if frozen)
  • 250ml water

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until well combined.
