About Enliven Nutrition

Enliven Nutrition began in 2015 with a vision to provide the highest quality nutrition and training services to assist peak performance, body composition alterations and optimal wellness.

Since then, Enliven has grown to a team of three specialists and has developed its very own supplement and apparel ranges to support its market leading nutrition and training services.

Jason established Enliven Nutrition and the Enliven Nutrition Performance Division with the vision of providing a service which delivers nutrition and training that achieves any health or performance goal.

Jodie Hicks

Dietitian

Jodie is a passionate Accredited Practising Dietitian who believes in a whole body approach. Her passion for helping people, together with her interest into the science behind food and nutrition lead her to studying dietetics. She is passionate about supporting others to develop personalised plans and goals for each individual that are both achievable and sustainable.

After working relentless hours with a tireless commute in the marketing and public relations sector, an eye opening backpacking trip through India and Nepal was the turning point for Talisha to pursue her passion for health and well-being.
